Returns and Exchanges:
All buyers must initiate the return/exchange process within 30 days from an item's purchase. If 30 days have passed since an item was originally purchased, unfortunately, a refund or exchange is not allowable. (excluding special circumstances due to a shipping error with the item's manufacturer)
To be eligible for a return, along with the original packaging, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
We do not accept sanitary/intimate or beauty/skincare products for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for another of the same, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs related to returning your item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
If you are approved, a refund will immediately be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Check your email often as we will contact you as soon as we receive your item, in order to begin the refunding process.
If you have spoken with our team but have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. We also recommend then contacting your bank and or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of this and you still have not received your refund after a few days, please contact support management at email@example.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return an item for exchange or refund, email our support management team at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the reason(s) for your return. You may then ship the package to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
